General Contracting
The Architect or Designer tenders the project. Upon being awarded the job we hire and manage all trades involved and execute construction of the design. This method is the most common contracting type.
Construction Management
We work directly for the Client in order to facilitate a more hands-on approach. We are actively involved in the entire process, meaning that we are there from budgeting, to construction, to completion.
Pre-Construction
We are brought in prior to construction to consult with the Client and the Consultant to review the scope of the Project and provide recommendations and advice based on our expertise and experience.
