Interior Construction Systems offers 3 core Construction Services to our clients. Although these 3 are our core Construction Services, we also offer an alternative Delivery Method that allows for maximum flexibility in execution of a project. Our goal with all of our Construction Services is to deliver your project to the highest possible standard while maintaining the project schedule and budget. Our senior staff are involved in every project, ensuring that it is delivered to a high standard.
General Contracting
Also known as Design-Bid-Build, this is the most common type of project delivery method. The Client has hired a Consultant to prepare drawings, and the Consultant acquires bids from General Contractors to build the project. The Consultant selects a General Contractor and the Contractor builds the project as outlined by the Consultant.
Construction Management
With a Construction Management contract the client hires a Construction Manager to work with the Consultant (Architect or Designer) on the design of the project. Once the Client approves the final proposal the Construction Management Company executes construction of the project. This is rapidly becoming a popular choice of project delivery method.
Pre-Construction
An ICS Project Manager, and Senior Management will work with the Client and Consultants to analyze the scope of the project, and provide recommendations based on our experience and expertise. We can also provide a detailed budget price to execute the project as discussed.
